Unbranded, Unlocked Bold 9900 but no BIS

I recently bought a new unbranded and unlocked Bold 9900 after my other blackberry just died for no reason. Probem is I can't seem to access the BIS. Preiously when I change a device, I would immediately get a registration message from RIM but this time I don't get nothing. I have tried reloading / upgrading the software, resetting the device but still no luck. I am having to depend on a lousy Curve 9300 for now. HELPPPPP!!

You can't activate BIS cause it has been blocked by RIM. In order to reactivate you've got to send them the document confirming your purchase the phone. After that the'll be able to consider your request.

Kindly help with means of contacting RIM? Then I can send them the proof of purchase.

Well, you may outline that your BIS service has suddenly been crashed and you're kindly ask them to assist you in reactivating BIS and send them the check showing your purchase.

Seems to be giving an error, but will try again. Hope it works. Will let you know how it goes.

I carried out some research.
Try to write on "help@rim.com" and clearly describe your issue with as much details as possible.

Moreover, you can call RIM via the phone if you have such an opportunity.

Registered under BESC but still not able to access the proper expert support I am looking for. I emailed help@blackberry.com and all I got was an automated response. I just need a direct contact for one of the technicians there. I don't know how good a phone call will be but will give it a shot.
