Uncaught Exception Index 4>=4

PLEASE can someone help me...


on Monday evening i installed IMplus Lite onto my Blackberry Curve 8520. Ever since i installed the app i could not receive calls etc and i kept getting this eror message. so this morning i decided to delete all my apps and start from scratch, after i did that i still receive these error messages...


"Uncaught Exception Index4>=4"...i click 'OK'

Security settings are verified then the screen goes white and another error message appears

'App Error 523 Reset' I click reset, the phone reboots and starts the process again..


this just keps looping and i cannot get out of it, I cant even go back to the home page, has anyone experienced this and if so what do i do?
