Undelete / Retrieve Folders

Accidentally deleted the games folder in my Blackberry Curve 8900, is there a way to undelete or retrieve the folder?

If not how can I reinstall the applications without deleting all my contacts?

Thanks

Re: Undelete / Retrieve Folders

Are you sure you deleted it.. or hid it?

On your homescreen, press Menu > SHOW ALL so that show all is checkmarked.

If you did delete the folder, just create a new folder > homescreen > Menu > Add folder and name it as you like.

If you loaded the games via the Desktop Manager > Application Loader, return there to reload.

Did you?

Re: Undelete / Retrieve Folders

1. I think the solution posted above is your best bet.

2. Yes.  Read the instructions here to resettofacotry:

KB18998 How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory defaults

3. Use Desktop Manager > Backup to do a complete backup of your device, first.

After #2, you can come back and use Desktop Manager > Backup/Restore > Advanced to restore anything you want, or just singularly the  BlackBerry Messenger contacts.
