I am trying to unlock my bold 9900


I put in a different sim card and it tells me to verify my blackberry id


I am on my last try and have reset my password. It says that user name and password are wrong.


when i click reset password I use my verified bb id and it says that username is inccorect.


I am on my last try what am i doing wrong. I have reset my password 2 times and I dont know what will happen if i use up all my attempts.
