Unlocking my phone

Hello, everyone. I have been trying to unlock my phone for the past 36 hours with out any results. I turned it off three times and took the battery out four times. I also did the regular steps as well. Please tell me what else I can do to unlock my phone?

Hey 1lovewoman when you say unlock do you mean you have a password set on the device? If so best option is to put your phone onto safe mode (by pressing the bent arrow key beside the hangup button) and keep pressing it firmly til your device starts up again then go into your options and disable the password lock

Sorry meant to say when putting your phone into safe mode you do a normal reboot and as the red light appears on starting up the phone keep your finger pressed firmly on the bent arrow key til the phone starts up and a menu will appear saying turn to safe mode
