I got this phone in November of 2012, it hasnt given me any problems up until recently. It restarts itself everytime I make a phone call and all the time, even if i'm not using it. I went to get it fixed at the store where I bought it and they wont me that was nothing they could do, it was the type of phone. I'm in the health care profession, so i need my phone. this phone is unreliable. I updated everything on it, i bought a new battery and nothing works. I'm going tomorrow to get a new phone and I can guaranty it wont be a blackberry.

Does the BlackBerry Curve 9320 smartphone only restart when making phone calls or does it reboot when using other applications as well?


If it's only doing it on the phone calls, I suggest trying a new SIM card and then monitor the performance.
