Up to about 8 months ago I could receive all Emails, then Emails with adobe down loads stopped being sent to my phone. When checking my Emails on my PC they would be there ? How can I fix this ?

Do you mean email messages with .pdf attachments are not being received by your BlackBerry® Torch™ 9800 smartphone? If so, please try resending your email service books and test with new email attachments only. The following KB article provides the steps to send service books.
