Update not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon guys

 

 

I am trying to update my blackberry 9360 , I open up my blackberry software and an update window opened, the backup was done but its not downloading all the modules!! And an error keeps popping up saying an error has occurred while updating please verify your internet connection? Stressed out to the Max plus my phone has been freezing like crazy , I sometimes can't even play music or take a photo . I am so annoyed,guy if you can help me out it would be much appreciated. thank you

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9360 smartphone.

 

When you are doing the update, is your Internet Connection maintained?

 

Alternatively, you can download and install the software update locally to your computer (visit your carrier's download site here). Once installed, retry the update.

 

As for the freezing, that could be due to low free application memory. See KB14320 for tips for maximizing free device memory for increased performance.
