Hi, i recently got a new Blackberry Bold 9900, and im trying to update it but it keeps comng up


the download cannot continue because your device cannot connect to update server using any of the follow methods : wifi..


but i dont have wi fi on ? also its saying a server problem with BBM witch i dont understand

You need to connect to a wifi network and allow RIM (Shown by the small blackberry icon at the top right of your home screen) to connect to your wifi.

The problem is, is that there is no wifi for your phone to update to.
