Same problem here with BlackBerry Balance IT Policy.
RIM should give us a comment and probably a hint when they fixed that!

This Version 184.108.40.206 seems to resolve the issue only when 220.127.116.11 is installed and failes. The AW works now for me. But I have two colleagues who directly upgraded from 3.x to 18.104.22.168 and have the issue now.
RIMs KB article does not give a solution yet. So we should wait for public news from RIM.
Edit: These colleagues have 22.214.171.1248, BOLD 9780. I have torch 9800, 126.96.36.1998.
