I updated with my Bold 9780 with 6.0 Bundle (v220.127.116.118)
... and afterwards i had the the old version of App World v18.104.22.168 - surprise surprise
Now everything is running well and i ignore the calling to update it again
That's not the best way, but it's running again!

Yes I think RIM has find a resolution to this error recently ,Update your App World to version 22.214.171.124.I hope it will fix the problem.Look at this updated Knowledge Base Article :
KB32984 : After an upgrade BlackBerry App World will not start with the error "Uncaught exception:no application instance"
So those are still having problem update your BlackBerry App World version to 126.96.36.199
