Upgrading OS 7 to OS 7.1



Good day!


I need your advise again, i just want to ask how to upgrade my BB9900 OS 7 to OS 7.1? Appreciate your utmost support.

If you haven't got a notification when you plug your phone in to BlackBerry Desktop Software on your PC, then your carrier isn't offering it yet.  If that's the case, you'll need to load OS 7.1 from another carrier.

Rather than explain each step in detail, I'll tell you to look around these forums for the thread explaining how to reload your OS.  There are instructions there for loading an OS from another carrier.
