Uploading photos to pc

trying to upload photos to pc by using mass storage but when i open the device on my pc it says that the pictures folder is empty! Yet I have 10 photos stored in the memory device. What is the issue here?

If the pictures are stored in the "Device Memory", they won't be accessible from the PC viewing the removable drive Media Card.


IF they are on the device memory, unplug from the USB, open your Media icon, navigate to those images and without opening them, hover over the file name and press Menu > Move and move the images to your Media Card.


Then plug back to the USB and proceed to move your images from the Media Card to the PC.
