Urgent: Regarding Defect in New bought Blackberry Bold-4

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to above subject and references, this is to inform you that I am based at Coimbatore.
Just switched BB Torch9800 to Bold9900 and had purchased a brand new Blackberry Bold-4 on 28/04/2012 from-
Mobile Point,(Bharat Bldg, Irla society Road, Vile Parle-west) Mumbai.-400056 

After I was back to my home at Coimbatore I was shocked realizing that I was not able to take any photos using Mobile Camera from my new BB Bold-4.  I've never seen anything like this before where such an expensive cell phone with manufacturing defect is been sold out.
This was brought in notice to your Redington India Ltd.(customer care centre-R.S.Puram Coimbatore) immediately
(Ref.; DC No:CBE/CD/12/00292 & WoNo:CBE/BB/12/00299)
and on contacting them they have issued me a DOA certificate.(Cade I'd: BB0404316)

I have been a regular Blackberry user for 4 years and has never had reason to complain.
Am connected with Signage advertisement and Wallpaper Business and without camera and with Faulty mobile I am totally handicap for my business needs.  
I expect this is a rare defect, and that there will be no issue with getting a replacement at my doorsteps or at any nearby Stores, since going all the way from Coimbatore to Mumbai leaving all my job just for a replacement is not feasible. 

Hence I request you to kindly arrange to send a replacement immediately without any further delay as it has become must for my day to day business transactions.
