I am on my third BlackBerry Storm. I have contacted Verizon multiple times and surprisingly they were very helpful two out of the 3 times. The last time I called I was given the run around and kept being transferred which was very annoying since the first two times I was helped by the same individual from the beginning to the point of deciding to ship a new phone. One of the last techs I talked to told me that they were having very few problems with the Storm while all the other techs and non-techs (during my transferring spree) admitted that they were having issues but said that it is normal for most new phones, which is understandable with new technology but at the same time unacceptable when the competition is an Apple product and they have a nearly flawless product. Long story short as some have already stated they know they rushed this product to the market and they know its flaws, unfortunately we are paying to be guinea pigs. Again, unfortunately, the next generation of Storm and Storm successor users will benefit from our flawed devices…if the Storm isn’t discontinued first that is. I am happy with my Storm and am willing to ride out the issues now that I have one that seems to at least be working properly and has no hardware quality issues. However I have noticed regardless of using my case the chrome has already become chipped in some areas…they really should have used brushed aluminum instead of painted chrome.

I went there but dont see any movies or how you download them. you know how you can buy movies on itunes. I cant seem to locate how or where you do that. mayby im missing it. thx
You are simply missing them then. There is very clearly a link to "videos" at the top of the site, hard to miss. You will find videos, tv shows and some movies. Mind you, it is not NetFlix by any means, but if you can't find videos on that site, well, they are there.
