Verify Blackberry ID

When I try to Verify Blackberry ID on my Bold 9650  It says I have exceeded the attemps to log in, Wait 10 min to end security lock out time ends, well i waited tried again and have the same msg. Is there some other place to go other than here. ? help please

Yes. I recommend resetting your BBID password. Here are some instructions:
