While I am trying to activate or validate my email its showing an error " CANNOT LOG IN. VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, USER NAME AND PASSWORD. IF THE ERROR PRESISTS, CONTACT DOMAIN ADMINISTRATOR
BTW , I am sure from the user and the password 100% its not matter of wrong password , I try it with my iPhone its works perfectly , so how could help me on that ?

What type of email account are you using? OWA, IMAP, Gmail etc. Just to clarify, have you removed the email address and are unable to re add it?

I am having a similar issue. I have entered in what I believe is the correct email, mail server, username, and password. The mail server runs under both IMAP and POP with SSL capability. I was wondering is there something else I could be troubleshooting to determine the problem? Thank you.

I'm having the same issue with some of our users,
password(verified multiple times)
This gives me an invalid password message(please do not reply with, check your password, I've been doing this for 2 days)
Below it says "Set up from a browser on a computer" if I click here it takes me to an invalid link.
i've tried going to vzw.blackberry.com to setup my account there, but after placing my pin and meid number it says "HTML browser not supported, please access BIS from your phone." I try it from my phone and I get the same thing.
I've gon to Setup -> email -> and agreed to the terms, then it said BIS has been activated.
Please let me know what else I can do or provide me with a phone number to call, as i have not been able to find one.
We are using Exchange 2010
