Have you made sure that your device and OS version are supported with Viber's calling service?
You can check compatibility here: http://helpme.viber.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/A

I have Blackberry 9800 (18.104.22.1686)... i am also not able to use the free calls option of viber. There is no call option coming in menu. However, i could send messages to other viber users.
Any help for free calls?

Viber's calling service works on OS6 devices only if these are CDMA devices, as explained in our official HelpDesk: BB - supported devices
If you'd like to find out whether your device is a CDMA one, we recommend to contact your cellular operator.

Viber's calling service works on OS6 only in CDMA devices. In order to find out if your device is a CDMA device, we recommend to contact your cellular provider.
As much as we would like, the design of the BBOS 6 does not make voice possible. Implementing voice on BBOS 6 would result in 5+ seconds audio latency. Far more than is acceptable for a voice call.
For now, unfortunately there is no way to incorporate Viber's calling services on Blackberry OS6.
