Hi and welcome to the forums!
Shoot a test 10 sec. test video.
Go to the main media menu. Press menu, select explore.
The file should be on the media card under Blackberry\video.
The file should be setup as follows:
Vid00001.3GP size 152KB (approx.)
What do you see for your file and where are your storing it?

Go to options, media card, and verify option Encryption mode. It should be set
to none. Also check under security, general options, Content protection.
It should be set to disabled.
I have attached an article regarding this .
