When I connect my Bold to pc, it launches the sync window, but in the far upper left of my PC screen. The launched window is so far up & left, I cannot drap it down to view. It didn't used to be a problem until the recent 2 software updates. Now, I cannot view sync progress and files to be synced. Any suggestions on how to make the sync window appear in the middle of my desktop screen? I don't want to give up my Bold, but the sync process has now become quite cumbersome.

I would advise performing a clean uninstall of the BlackBerry® Desktop Software then reinstalling the latest version of BlackBerry® Desktop Software from http://bbry.lv/JlWfyC

Once you have reinstalled the BlackBerry® Desktop Software, please try configuring and testing the synchronization again to verify that the synchronization window is now displayed correctly on your computer screen.
