Dear BB support team,
I am using BIS plan on Vinaphone carrier, so everything is so good but I am now getting in stuck to config my email. I already config succesfully for 2 exchange email, 1 email@example.com email, 1 yahoo and 1 gmail which are can send and recieve probably. but the last my email with a another domain ( I can't post here cuz this is personall email which use very good on Android and iOS devices ) can received only and can't send.
I explored that it's automatically config wrong out port, it use SSL with 993 and if i unstick SSL it use 143, both of them are wrong. I need to config for port 25 as outcoming port.
So there is any chance to change them

All that you can adjust you do via the Advanced Integration method:
If the setting you need to adjust is not there, then it is not available to you to change. Remember also that BB's don't send your email via your outbound email server...rather, they use the BB BIS servers to actually send email you originate on your BB, and when they can they place a copy of that onto your servers Sent Items folder. But the actual email goes out via the BB servers, not your email service providers.
