Visual Voicemail Problem

I recently set up BES and added my device as a test case for BES. long story short, I ran into problems with resources on my exchange server and removed myself and my device from BES.


After I removed my device from BES, each time I attmept to listen to a voicemail using Visual Voicemail I get the following error message:


"The application vvmail_9530 has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by your IT policy."

I have uploaded a blank IT policy and have confirmed that no IT policy exists on my device.


Has anyone experienced this problem? If so have you fixed it and how did you do so?
