Vodaphone certificates

Recently purchased a blackberry 9790, which was factory refurbished, it has 2 old vodaphone certificates embedded on it,

and I cannot delete them, any ideas.?

Hmmm..."certificates"...hmmm...not quite sure exactly what screen you are looking at. Nevertheless, please treat this as a sell/buy transaction, and ensure that ALL steps in this KB have been fully completed:

Firstly, thankyou very much for the information.

If i wipe the phone, should i take out sim card first.

Typically no, but in some extreme cases it can make a difference.
