I used to have voice navigation with my TeleNav GPS Navigator app, but the voice function suddenly stopped. The onscreen navigation graphics work fine. Also, I can't get any voice navigation from my Google Maps app. I have voice narration from the device when I voice dial. The "support staff" at TeleNav couldn't help me. Any ideas?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness shows up, the first thing to try is a proper reboot:
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

Thanks for your reply. That's always the first thing I try. My question is more about Google Maps than about BB, but I'm looking for advice from someone who's experienced a similar problem. The Google Maps app doesn't seem to offer any option for 'voice' as opposed to just 'text'
