WIndows Update stop Desktop Manager Working

For information - I have been running BB Desktop Manager on a WIn 7 64bit PC without issues.  I recently did a "Windows Update" and since then BB Desktop failed to load at all.


I eventually uninstalled the Windows update (KB2670838) and BB Desktop is working again.


This "update" also caused an issued with Garmin Mapsource being unable to find a "Windows Imaging Component"
