Hi, can't find my problem in similar posts. I am in an endless loop. I forgot my password associated with my att.blackberry.net email (need it to load an app). When I click "lost password", I give it my att.blackberry.net email address and it says it sent the revised password to it. But here is the loop.. the phone says it will not accept passwords sent to an att.blackberry.net email (my phone) for some security reason. So, how do I get a new password if the only place it will send one is to an email that will not accept it? I have changed my password 3 times and it goes off in the ether.
Does that make sense (not to me either)
