Hi Prince, 

 

I did as you suggested however, my computer did not detect the device software OS application, which i have already installed, for my phone to download when i run the loader.exe.

It will detect ! First if you have already Installed the device OS pack on your PC , then please check again the step 4 , yo have to delete a few Vendor . XML files from those location as suggested on prior post . On you PC change you folder Option to View Hidden files . 

 

Also be sure that you don't have any other BlackBerry OS packages already installed in your PC , if you have then remove or Uninstall it . 

 

So please Go through all those steps , It will allow you to update .
