Warranty related issue (Blackberry Bold 9780)

This is regarding to my Blackberry Bold 9780 (IMEI No. 354261.04.767789.3) which I had purchased last year i.e. around Nov-2011 and now I am facing some problems in my handset like trackball, lock switch, keypad and software related issue etc.
For the same when I contact the customer service center in Gurgaon, it was come into my notice that the handset was not a “Redington” handset, and it has only 01 year warranty. But as per the manufacturing date of the handset, the warranty is expired and as the handset is not “Redington” so bill date does not work. So in totality the handset does not come under the warranty. But When I buy this handset, it was communicated to me that the handset is coming with a warranty of 1.5 years.
So can you please guide me where I have to go for the warranty because at the time of purchase I don’t have an idea about the “Redington” product?

Please co-ordinate with the store, from where you purchased they can help you better in this. Further, if you have invoice then it will be good to coordinate with them.

Thanks for your valuable response but I have already contacted store/shop. They have asked me to contact customer service center with invoice as a supporting document and from there i got the response that it is not covered under "Redington" warranty either you have the invoice or not. If you have then please provide me the email address where i can complain/get solution.

Vodafone, if that is who you purchased the device through, will handle the warranty services.

Don't let them tell you to "call someone else". Be clear, you purchased from them and you expect them to handle it per the warranty agreement.

No, actually i purchased it from a local vendor in Gurgaon(Haryana) and it has a manufacturer written as HUNGRY 2.
