From my 8330, I used the bb browser to go to the default "Blackberry Bookmarks" homepage..
Under what's hot, it lists "New Blackberry Web Signals"...
That link displays several web signals or push content providors.
I chose the "MTV: Indecision 2008 Blog".
That link installed an icon on my blackberry device that I cannot remove.
Can anyone tell me how to remove it and/or unsubscribe from that web signal?

Not in app list. It's like push weather.. Only the "Indecision 2008" site that the icon directs you to doesn't have an unsubscribe option.
I'd wipe the device, but since this a "push" app, it'll just show up next time the push provider updates..
This is aggravating. There's GOT to be a way to delete these...

The icon showed up an hour or so of visiting the site I listed above. It did not come with the phone.
And it's not listed in modules. RIM should test these sites before recommending them. Anyways, I need to somehow unsubscribe from that "MTV: Indecision 2008 Blog", or perhaps block it, then somehow delete the icon. Any Ideas?

Here's a followup on this issue:
While the bb web browser was open, menu-bookmarks showed the name of that icon. I deleted that bookmark and the icon went away.
Unfortunately, it showed up again an hour or so later. So apparently I'm subscribed to some web content with no way to unsubscribe.
I have no idea how to stop this icon from returning. I assume it comes back every time the corresponding web content provider updates.

Unfortunately for me, that link has been removed from the blackberry page now.
It leaves me in a heck of a predicament. There's got to be a way to block content from a provider that's pushing content and doesn't offer an unsubscribe, right?
I'll try to post a link next time it pushes content to my device.
