Re: What is the problem with Roxio Media Manager??

I can see the base memory in windows, but I cannot see my micro SD card as another drive.  How can I see this?  Thank you,

Doug

dbn35 : please read again the link I gave two posts ago.

In windows explorer, you can't see the base memory. The base memory can only be seen within the Media Manager.

Re: What is the problem with Roxio Media Manager??

Hi

, I'm having the same problem with the Blackberry Media Manager / Roxio software; it just won't open / stay open / not crash. I too have tried everything and I've also tried the drag and drop method but although the files transfer across, I cannot see the media when I try to play Video files (.mp4)... they either won't play or don't have any visual component though i can hear them.

How do I get video files on to my Blackberry?? Can anyone help?
