When I carry the program What's app from the BlackBerry World
shows (Reinstall)

Knowing that there is no program on the phone

Help you to do what, exactly? I don't actually see a question there...perhaps I'm missing it?

If you want to reinstall it, then select that. If you don't want it, then ignore it.

Otherwise, please try to explain a little bit better so that we can understand both your situation as well as your desire.
