WhatsApp - No reply!

First off all pls apologize for my bad english!

 

Now my problem:

after trying to activate the Whatsapp bottom, the mobile is without any reaction, nothing works anymore, i only can remove the akku and restart it.

 

I tried to delete it, download it again ..., always the same.

 

Does anybody knows this problem?

 

Thx for some ideas!
