I am using BlackBerry Storm 9530 with BIS (Unlimited) plan on Loop Mobile (BPL Mobile) connection.
Now I am facing a big problem with WhatsApp application, I have tried all possible ways I could and as directed by customer care of Loop Mobile, but problem is still as it was.
When ever I try to use WhatsApp, the "EDGE" sign goes to small "edge" and all other installed applications stops working except WhatsApp. This thing also happens some time when I try to use Google Maps and BlackBerry App World but main problem is with WhatsApp.
To use other applications, I have uninstall WhatsApp and again go through whole registration process.
Please some body help me with this issue. Thanks
