Whatsapp Version 2.8.7345

I am using BIS service, i have installed the latest version of WhatsApp(2.8.7345) in my Blackberry Bold 9780,
whats app isn't working, on 3G. but it works fine on wifi. Please help me to solve this issue.

BIS data plan covers a variety of communication channels. Depending on your data plan, WhatsApp might not be supported.

WhatsApp uses different communication channel from the internet browser, email, instant messaging or social networking services. For more details, you might want to contact your carrier.

For example, in Indonesia "unlimited" data plan is required to use WhatsApp, simple data plans that only cover email/browser/IM/social networking cannot use WhatsApp.
