How do you know it's the firewall, getting any error messages?
Do you have this:

Yes I do get an error message and it reads "The application dynoplex_eflie has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by your IT policy." Then it says "Error 535: Can not open URL. Please contact support."
I am not so worried about the online office as much as being able to fax when i have completed a document.

The answer is in the message, you are setup on a BES serve, and the "IT policy" is put on by the IT folks in your shop.
You need to have then remove the policy for you.
If you need more information, please ask!
