I am a big fan of BlackBerry phones This make my 4th but with every other phone I have recieved a holster that is made just for that phone so why not for the Torch. Just wanted to complain Thanks.

That's an ATT decision, the carrier selling the device decides what to put in the box.

Although not sold with the 9800, a Blackberry Torch OEM case is now available. I ordered it from Amazon.com last week. and it can also be ordered from Crackberry.com. I have not yet seen it on the BB web site.

I am using a old 9700 holster for mine. Works well.
