Could you please offer some detail. What is preventing you from connecting or using WiFi?

can you see the WIFi router on your 9780 WiFi setup screen?

Hi, I am having the same problem, however i dont have a computer with me as i am out of my country, did you get yours to work purely with your computer?
If so, is there anyone who can help me connect without a computer?

i have been using this curve for a long time and didnt have issues connecting to wifi. I'm currently outside my country and

having problems connecting to the wifi router. i get the msg this wireless router supports WIFI Protected Setup. i've gotta connet using a pin my bb generates. i have entered this pin in all the above suggssted places but it keeps telling me "failed to connect to network" .

There is also a pin for the wifi itself which i have also tried inputing with the same error.

In the WiFi Setup, when you get to the enter PIN, hit the escape key and choose the Shared Key setup, with a password.

i did try that then itgives the error " Failed to connect to the network"

Can you try from a different WiFi router or hotspot?
