My 2 sons bth have Curve 9320's. One connects no problems to my router, enter the password and off he goes... The other refurbished phone will NOT connect to my router. It cannot find the IP address. He also has an extra option in his Options menu / Networks and Connections / Mobile network . there is a 'connection preference' menu in there that is not in my others sons working phone. Is this the cause of the problem? Please help!!

Did both BlackBerry Curve 9320 smartphones come from the same mobile service provider?

Thanks for your reply. The phones are from different shops.
I have already took it back to the shop and it connects fine to their WiFi annoyingly! They reloaded all the software as you suggested and I brought it home and tried again but the same message occured; cannot find the IP address, so I may have to take it back and try another one.
