WiFi not working

When I open WiFi it connects to it but when I try to browse internet it says -- That your wifi needs to be working or check your cellular data . Please tell me what to do.

To use BlackBerry services over Wi-Fi you require an active data plan, do you currently have a data plan setup with your wireless service provider?
