Wifi issues

New to this forum so I hope I am posting in the correct place.

I have a BB Torch with updated software....when I am at home I have no problem connecting to my wireless network but the problem is at work.  Our IT guys have set up other BB Torch's and they work fine, but mine for some reason will not connect to our work network (in most cases).  I notice it will connect, on the odd time, but this will only last for a few hours then it looses the connection.  Is it possible that there is a defect in the wifi antenna?  If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appriciated.

I got the same problem with my Bold 9900. Person sitting next to me is on the same network with full coverage while I keep falling out and reconnecting. Is it the WiFi antenna that's weak/defect?
