I just updated my blackberry then I connected my device to my wifi but then when I opened my browser then it said "unable to connect to internet, please try again" I've tried several times but it is still the same please help me thanks

What is your current device OS version ?
If you recently updated your device Software then try those steps in a sequence :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
Try it and let us know of your results.
