William Hill App not working

I have just got a blackberry 9700 I have downloaded a few applications and they all work fine except for my William Hill betting App?? Why is this?

 

every time i load it says:

 

The phone is unable to make the connection. This may happen when you have poor signal or GPRS is not available. If this problem persists, please contact your network operator.

 

Now I have plenty of reception and GPRS but still the app does not work. I have been in touch with the phone operator but still no luck??

 

Anyone know how to overcome this problem?

Do you have the BIS BlackBerry Data Plan on your account?

 

Do you have your TCP settings entered correctly for your carrier?

as far as i can find, our bb's wont support proper betting apps on the phone? i may be wrong though

I Think it should now be working again as I've been using it, you have to install the mobile app though rather than an app in Blackberry world. For full info have a look here http://www.bettingapps.co.uk/william-hill-blackberry-app/ and see what you think

I can get onto the website but the writing on the screen is so small it is virtually unuseable - I'm probably doing something wrong but does anyone know how to increase the font sizes when within the William Hill app / website
