I am a new Blackbery user. I have downloaded the desktop software. Plugged my 9810 in and it went through the loading drivers process which failed. the report says device unplugged (which it isn't).
I had problems with my Samsung S2 (which this has replaced) and gave up on that. If anyone has any pointers on how I can solve this problem, I would apprciate it. I'm running Windows 7 32 bit. Appreciate it. Keith

Try installing the BlackBerry USB and Modem Drivers manually and then try connecting the BlackBerry smartphone to the PC, please see here:
