I'm currently running WLM 2.5.69 on my Bold 9700/220.127.116.111 and cannot seem to login to account due to the "internal error" message. I've heard it was an issue with the carrier as it is a Telus branded bb unlocked to run on Fido's network, but not sure if that's the case because when I log into my friend's account it works just fine. I really need some help as I haven't used the app in MONTHS.

You mentioned a friends account. Can you access your account through your PC?
On your Blackberry see if you have the correct service book using the link below. If you have it I would delete it and resend service books to your device.
