Wireless not working on Curve 9300

Hello, 

my bberry Curve 9300 shows that I am connected to my home wireless network with full strength signal, however I actually cannot get on the internet, receive emails or use Whatsapp. My provider O2 says they cannot help, it is a bberry issue. Bberry does not offerr any support. I have navigated tens of pages without any idea of how to change settings / verify issues etc. 

Can you help?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Could you please provide a bit more information on this issue?

  1. Do you have a data plan from your mobile network provider that supports email, internet access and instant messaging applications?
  2. What error message do you receive when trying this?
  3. Do you also have this issue when not connected to any Wi-Fi network?
