my bberry Curve 9300 shows that I am connected to my home wireless network with full strength signal, however I actually cannot get on the internet, receive emails or use Whatsapp. My provider O2 says they cannot help, it is a bberry issue. Bberry does not offerr any support. I have navigated tens of pages without any idea of how to change settings / verify issues etc.
Can you help?
