I have a BlackBerry Curve 8900, and will be two years in October 2011 since I have had the phone.
On Saturday 12th February, I forgot to put my phone on charge that night, as I do most to everynight.
I woke up in the morning and the phone was off, as I thought it was just out of battery.
I left it on charge for a couple of hours, and it still didn't turn on.
I put my battery into my friends BlackBerry Torch (the same battery) and it turned on and worked fine.
I put her battery into my phone and it didn't turn on, but her phone was working fine before I put my battery in.
So therefore I left my phone on for all of Saturday (11am onwards), all night, all of Sunday 13th and all night again, then about 5pm Monday 14th, there was a plain white screen.
This screen wouldnt go even if the on/off button was held, or even the charger was detatched.
Have researched the internet, and have tried to reboot the device and update the device ect.
Any help on what do to with out any cost??

Greetings, and welcome to the BlackBerry.com Community Support Forums.
Leave the device to charge 2-3 hours, and then, still connected to the USB cable, remove the the battery from the device a few seconds and reinsert it. If it boots--leave it to charge to 100% (check Options > Status for the percentage). If it doesn't reboot on the first attempt, leave it several more hours. I've had one charge for two days before it came back to life after an extreme battery depletion. Every 3-4 hours, with the device still connected to the charger, you can remove and replace the battery to see if it reboots.
