I've just published in my blog Redacacia a tutorial that explains step by step how-to remote view local temperature. In final part of my tutorial I have published codes for Android and Blackberry. I am proud of owner of a BB 9900 (I have not moved to newer BB phones such as Q10 with Blackberry 10). The code for BB is written in Mobile Processing. Here is the link to the tutorial:
Anyone that has never written code for older Java OS Blackberry phones such as 9900, it is quite easy. In the past I wrote a post here on a tutorial I published on how to write a simple drawing app for Blackberry. That tutorial's link is also shown in above mentioned link.
I wish I can write a similar tutorial for Playbook. But it seems RIM will never open up Bluetooth SPP features in Playbook. Playbook owners feel abandoned by RIM.
