Wrong playbook OS number

I recently had to wipe my playbook and then re-install the system software.  Now DM (with latest PC update) shows my 2.0 OS Playbook as 1.0 bundle 0 and won't let me restore because my last backup was from OS 2.0.  I uninstalled DM and re-installed but no luck.


Any thoughts?

I have the same issue under the same circumstances as you. I just went ahead and clicked the update button. It performed the "update", rebooted the Playbook and everything is good. I suggest performing a full backup first.

I have the same issue, and I tried to Update, but it won't let me. Gives an error: "There was an error updating your software. An error has occurred while downloading the BlackBerry® Tablet OS. Please try again."
