Xploding Boxes purchase error

Hey everyone. Im having issues buying / upgrading xploding boxes on my playbook. I have purchased it for my bold 9900 but I love this game so much that I'd really like to play it on my tablet. When I try to upgrade it asks for my BlackBerry id authentication and after that I get an error message with the "error id : 30242 " 


Has anyone had this issue or could tell me what the error id stands for? It gives me the link for the blackberry appworld support Page but that doesn't seem to lead me anywhere.
