Yahoo mail

Hi,

The Yahoo mail app on my partner's BB Curve has gone and scrambled her inbox so that the messages appear in a random order (as opposed to date order). I have looked online and seen a couple of relevant things and have checked that Single Messages is the display option that is set.

Can anyone help provide the info needed to get them back into date order. What is the likely cause of this problem? Could it be connected to changes in her Yahoo account / inbox carried out on her desktop ie things like creating filters and folders?

Thanks in advance for any pointers anyone can provide.

Kind regards,

Gary Thomson

Re: Yahoo mail

Yes, the changes you make on your Yahoo email server could result in changes on your device if the account is an IMAP email account, which reflects the server email on your device.

Have you tried deleting the mail account from your handheld and then re-adding it?
